Refund Policy

Last updated September 27, 2026. Framepilot (“we”) operates Framepilot.

Cancelling

You can cancel your plan at any time from Plan & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Monthly payments are generally not refunded for partial months or unused videos.
• If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the service because of a problem on our side, contact support@framepilot.site within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• Where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund or cancellation period, we honour it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
