Terms of Service

The service

Framepilot generates narrated short videos from topics or scripts you provide, using AI-written narration, stock footage, openly licensed photographs and AI-generated illustrations, and can publish them to accounts you connect. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and to hold the social media accounts you connect. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content and publishing

• You are responsible for the topics and scripts you submit and for reviewing videos before they are published, including in automatic series.
• Videos may contain inaccuracies. AI-generated narration and illustrations can be wrong, and automated checks reduce but do not eliminate errors.
• You must follow the rules of each platform you publish to, including disclosure of AI-generated or synthetic content.
• Photo credits required by their licences are added to your post descriptions; do not remove them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Framepilot to create content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, harasses or deceives people, impersonates real people, or spreads harmful misinformation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a number of videos per rolling 30 days; unused videos do not carry over. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Plan & billing. See the refund policy.

Ownership

You own the videos generated for you, subject to the licences of the stock footage and photographs they contain. We may use anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Framepilot running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every video will be generated or published. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post changes here. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
